We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider. There are a number of options when choosing your postage. We can’t track any missing parcels till after 10 working days have passed.
Free shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class as standard on purchases over £40. All shipping methods are after our turnaround advertised at the time of purchase.

Returns information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns.
Turnaround time
Our turn around time is 5 working days.

I would say this is a must have for any vehicle although I'm lucky enough not to have needed it in my opinion it's a must have as you never know and I'd rather have the knowledge that in an emergency I have something to help me
I bought one for brother keep in his car, other ones on safety sets. Very handy keep in the car or on keychain. There only small so don't take alot space up. I got my mine hanging on indicator stick so its it in easy grab in emergency.
These are amazing to have. Bought most of my family them to keep in their cars
