Description
-You will join our private discord group which will keep you in the loop of offers etc. This is also your safe space to talk to other like minded people.
-A giveaway will run every Friday. You will be told every Monday what that giveaway item will be. We have only rule for this: If you win you don’t get entered into the giveaway again until we go into a new month. Just to keep it fair.
-Every last Friday of the month 2 giveaways will run: One for everyone (apart from people that have already won that month) & one for people who haven’t won anything in the last 6 months.
-Everyone in the group is entitled to free postage on the website when you spend £20+
-You get priority to new products 2hrs before everyone else.
-As a way of saying thank you every 6 months you will receive a thank you gift in the post. This will be different every time. Items subject to availability. You need to have a continuous 6 months before the gift is sent. If you cancel your subscription then the 6 months will start from the day you started your subscription.
-You will get all of the BTS on new products including seasonal items before everyone else! Join our Discord group for access to all this.
-The group will be checked monthly to make sure everyone has paid and has access to everything they need. If you have unsubscribed please don’t use any of the codes you have been given in this group. If you do place an order with a discount from this group and you aren’t subscribed you will be asked to pay the difference or the order is cancelled.
-When purchased you will be sent out discord link. Join discord and join our group. In the group is discount codes, BTS and everything you get access to with your subscription.
Shipping information
We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider. There are a number of options when choosing your postage. We can’t track any missing parcels till after 10 working days have passed.
Free shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class as standard on purchases over £40. All shipping methods are after our turnaround advertised at the time of purchase.

Returns information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns.
Turnaround time
Our turn around time is 5 working days.
We aim to send all parcels within 48hrs but sometimes during high peaks this isn't possible.
