Shipping information

We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider. There are a number of options when choosing your postage. We can’t track any missing parcels till after 10 working days have passed.

Free shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class as standard on purchases over £40. All shipping methods are after our turnaround advertised at the time of purchase.

Returns information

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns.

Turnaround time

Our turn around time is 5 working days.

We aim to send all parcels within 48hrs but sometimes during high peaks this isn't possible.

Amazing keychain light 💖

This keychain light is so bright! The charge on it lasts such a long time. I have one on me at all times, as I have a visual impairment and when the light drops below a certain level, I can't see anything. This little keychain light has helped me so much! Do not underestimate how powerful it is! Would be great for camping. There is a magnet on the back, so you can keep one on your fridge, or near your boiler for power cuts. Just keep them charged and you're good to go. Can't recommend these enough 💖

Amazing Product great for night time

This product been great for night time walking back to my car down this alleyway in dark with no lights there. Its so bright light and easy to charge up as well, recommended getting special go out in night.
